For reservations, we require a deposit of €220,- per room. Upon receipt of your deposit, the reservation is guaranteed.
You can also authorize us to charge the deposit to your Visa/Mastercard (including expiration date).

In all other cases, the rules of the Austrian Hotel Contract regulations apply. In case of late arrival or early departure the hotel is entitled to charge the no-show fee (without food and local taxes).
